Deepdale Camping & Rooms
Jason is chairman of, working closely with his business partner Chris Haycock, who manages the business day to day. Jason carries out the majority of the marketing for the business, including website design, social media and press communication.
Dalegate Market
Jason is the landlord of this shopping centre site. Managing the tenancies of the various businesses that call Dalegate Market home. Jason also does the majority of the marketing for the site, including website design and social media.
Rotten Orange Productions
Jason works on an adhoc basis with his daughter Ava on productions that her production company is involved with. The latest production was Attendants at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Ava and two friends co-wrote and performed the piece, and Jason planned the run at EdFringe, including venue, accommodation & marketing. Future productions are in the planning stages currently.
Deepdale Farm
Jason had been running Deepdale Farm with his father. However in 2022, Jason handed over responsibility of the running to his two sisters, Fiona Borthwick and Anna Biesty, so he could concentrate on other projects. Jason is still a partner and board member, but isn’t actively involved in the day to day running of the farm.
